Psychological support grounded in warmth, collaboration and care

Attuned Hearts Psychology offers support for a range of emotional and relational concerns:
Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm; life transitions, identity changes, or burnout; relationship and attachment difficulties; and periods of low mood, self-criticism, or feeling stuck.
You don’t need to fit a category to be welcome here

Attuned Hearts Psychology is committed to offering a calm, respectful, and thoughtful therapeutic space where people feel genuinely heard and supported.
The practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs within a safe and collaborative relationship, where experiences are understood in context and treated with care.
The aim of therapy is not to “fix” people, but to support insight, understanding, and growth over time — in ways that feel authentic, sustainable, and aligned with each individual’s values.

At times, life can feel overwhelming, unclear, or quietly exhausting — especially when you’ve been holding things together for a long time.
Attuned Hearts Psychology offers a calm, respectful space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels right.

Therapy at Attuned Hearts Psychology is evidence-based and collaborative, with care shaped around each individual’s experiences, values, and goals rather than a one-size-fits-all model. The focus is on understanding difficulties in context and supporting insight, emotional understanding, and meaningful change over time.
At its core, the work is grounded in relational, attachment-informed, and trauma-aware frameworks, with the therapeutic relationship central to the process. Sessions provide space to explore emotions, patterns, relationships, and life experiences with care, curiosity, and respect.
Therapy unfolds as a shared process, shaped collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe and manageable for each individual. Where helpful, sessions may also include practical, evidence-based strategies to support change — particularly when people feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. These strategies are introduced thoughtfully and flexibly, guided by what is most useful for the person at that point in time.
